Terms of Service

These terms apply to the use of Leadsensy CRM ("the Service"), provided by CodeTreX Infotech Private Limited ("we", "us"), by a business ("you") and its team members. By creating a workspace or using the Service you agree to them on behalf of your business.

The Service

The Service is a web-based CRM for receiving leads (from IndiaMART, Facebook and Instagram lead ads, websites and other sources), following them up by call, WhatsApp and email, and managing deals and customers. Features may be added, changed or removed over time; we will not remove a core feature you pay for without telling you in advance.

Your account

• The person who creates the workspace is its Owner and may add team members and give them roles.
• You are responsible for what happens in your workspace and for keeping passwords secret. Tell us at once if you think an account has been misused.
• The details you give us must be accurate.

Your data and your customers

• The leads, customers and messages in your workspace are yours. We process them only to run the Service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
• You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and contact the people in your workspace, including their consent where the law or a platform requires it, and for honouring their requests to stop contact or delete their data.
• When you connect Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp, you must also follow Meta's terms and policies, including the WhatsApp Business and Commerce policies and the rules for message templates and opt-in. Messages that break them can get your number or Page restricted by Meta.

Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, to contact people who have asked not to be contacted, to share unlawful, misleading or harmful content, to break into or overload the Service, or to break any law. We may suspend access that does so, and will tell you why.

Other services

Parts of the Service work through other companies' services, such as Meta (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp), IndiaMART, OpenAI and email providers. Their terms and charges apply to your use of them (for example Meta's charges for WhatsApp template messages), and we are not responsible for their availability or changes.

AI suggestions

AI features suggest next steps and message drafts. They can be wrong. Check every suggestion before you act on it or send it; you are responsible for what your team sends.

Fees

Paid plans are charged as shown in the Service or agreed with you in writing. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. If a payment is overdue we may limit the workspace after notice.

Availability

We work to keep the Service available and your data safe, but the Service is provided "as is" and may sometimes be unavailable, for example during maintenance. Keep your own export of data you cannot afford to lose.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profit or lost business), and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending the service

You may stop using the Service and ask us to close your workspace at any time. We may end or suspend the Service for a serious breach of these terms. On closing, you can ask for an export of your data first; afterwards we delete it as described in Data deletion.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will go to the courts having jurisdiction over our registered office.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and for a significant change we will tell account owners in advance. Questions: the contact details on our website.
